Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST
Salary: $5/hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screenings with candidates.
- Evaluate skills & experience for open positions.
- Explain job duties, expectations, and company culture.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with HR.
- Follow through with a step-by-step process to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication & phone skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Cold calling or outbound calling experience is an advantage.
- Multitasking pro in a fast-paced environment.
