Local SEO Specialist

About Us:
We are a leading SEO agency focused on delivering top-notch local SEO services for business owners. We specialize in enhancing local online presence, driving traffic, and improving search engine rankings. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Local SEO Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our clients' goals.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Research:

Send onboarding emails to new clients.
Identify competitors through client-provided information and independent research.
Build primary and secondary keyword lists based on niche, products, and services.
SEO Tools Setup and Reporting:

Add primary keywords to Local Dominator.
Setup SEM Rush projects and start website audits.
Create and manage rankings reports in SEM Rush and Local Dominator.
Store and organize reports in Google Drive.
Send reports to clients promptly.
Install and configure Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Content and Onsite SEO:

Initiate NeuronWriter projects.
Assign location page tasks to Wordpress Engineer
Perform detailed onsite SEO, including page-by-page website audits.
Manage Advice Local Citations
Order local relevance network and Web 2.0 citations.
Add local business schema to websites.
Embed Google Maps into website footers.
SEO Strategy and Execution:

Conduct keyword gap analysis.
Create content plans for the first month.
Order and manage content creation.
Complete Google Business Profile services and product lists.
Complete website services and product lists.
Link Building and Optimization:

Order press releases and social signals.
Prepare Private Blog Network (PBN) sites.
Link Google Business Profile product pages to website pages.
Manage backlinks from various platforms ( ---------- , Patch Post, Searchmonster, ---------- ).
Requirements:

Proven experience in local SEO with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEM Rush, Local Dominator, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with citation management, content planning, and link-building strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience with AdviceLocal and NeuronWriter is a plus.

Can you explain how you create AI content for service or product pages and keep it locally relevant and unique?
