**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and creative Clothing Designer to join our team and bring our vision to life. As a designer at Pious, you will be responsible for creating unique and stylish Islamic clothing, with a special focus on a hoodie design that features the number "40" in Arabic on the sleeves and an olive branch motif. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of Islamic cultural elements, and a passion for creating clean, modern designs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design a unique hoodie that embodies the Pious brand, featuring:
- A clean, modern design aesthetic.
- The number "40" in Arabic on the sleeves.
- A subtle olive branch motif.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs align with brand values and goals.
- Develop sketches, prototypes, and final designs for production.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, especially within the Islamic fashion industry, to incorporate relevant and innovative ideas into designs.
- Source and select appropriate fabrics and materials that align with the brand’s commitment to quality and modesty.
- Ensure all designs meet production and manufacturing standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Clothing Designer, preferably with experience in Islamic or modest fashion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with Islamic cultural and fashion trends.
- Experience working with embroidery and print designs.
