Cold Calling Specialist for Web Design/Marketing Agency

We are a dynamic and growing web design and marketing agency seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. Your primary role will be to engage potential clients over the phone, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and attractive performance bonuses for each meeting booked.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads lists.
Effectively communicate the value of our web design and marketing services.
Handle objections and answer questions from potential clients.
Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
Accurately record call details and client information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales position.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English.

Compensation:

$2 per hour.
$10 bonus for every meeting successfully booked.

Additional Information:

Flexible working hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
