Position: U.S Tax Preparer
Location: Remote (Work from home)

Job Overview:

Basic Requirements:
- U.S Tax Prep Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computers and software applications.
- Must have a desktop or laptop computer with at least 4GB RAM.
- Stable wired internet connection with at least 5 Mbps.
- A quiet at-home office setup with a USB headset featuring noise cancellation.
- Experience in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity Required with the Following Applications:
- G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) – training provided
- Messaging applications – training provided
