QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Financial Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Certified public accountant (CPA) license or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting processes, tax regulations and industry legislation.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City (Office: House of Franchise - 2021 Edison St. Brgy. San Isidro, Makati City)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Officer directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They also support other business units by providing financial and management analyses to enable cost-efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate daily operations.
- Analyze the monthly financial performance of the business units to provide direction and insights in making decisions to achieve company objectives and growth.
- Perform the duty of managing balance sheets, profit and loss reports generation and analysis, month end closing of books.
- Closely coordinate with external auditor for compliance and attends audit requirements and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Facilitate preparation of reports such as Payable Projections, AR Monitoring, and Project Costing.
- Facilitate development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices for the company’s financial and accounting operations and for general compliance.
- Plans and conducts complex studies to determine cost of business activities. Recommends adjustments, and other revenues and cost improvement measures, if necessary.
- Prepare financial and management analyses to provide in-depth analysis reports to assist top management on decision making.
- Improve financial systems and develop policies and processes to initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks from time to time as assigned by the President.
