Shopify Customer Service AI Integration [Pipedream | Make.com]

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy in-house developer to join our growing international fashion dropshipping business. Your mission: automate, optimize, and innovate across our operations to save time, reduce errors, and help us scale faster.

If you’re someone who loves turning manual tasks into smart systems — and ideally has built AI tools before — this role is for you.

About Us:
- We run multiple fashion e-commerce stores across Germany, Spain, Poland, the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Platforms & tools we use daily: Shopify, HelpScout, CJ Dropshipping, OpenAI, ---------- , Pipedream, Google Sheets, Track123.
- Our team is fully remote, spread across time zones, with a collaborative and results-driven culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain custom automation tools to streamline daily operations.
- Develop and optimize AI-powered solutions, such as:
- AI customer service assistant that resolves support tickets automatically.
- Automated Profit & Loss (P/L) sheets pulling real-time data from Shopify and ad platforms.
- Automatic product description rewriting for SEO and localization.
- Automatic “compare at” price logic for sales and promotions.
- Integrate APIs between Shopify, fulfillment, and support tools to reduce manual work.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation workflows.
- Research and propose new automation opportunities across the business.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with automation tools (Pipedream, ---------- , Zapier, or similar).
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or a similar language.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Previous projects involving AI integrations (OpenAI API, fine-tuning, function calling, etc.).
- Understanding of Shopify Admin API or other e-commerce platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset — you enjoy making things faster, smarter, and more efficient.
- Bonus points for experience in:
- Customer service automation.
- E-commerce data analysis and reporting.
- Shopify theme or app development.
