Real Estate Mortgage Processor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Mortgage Processor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
-Mortgage Process Management: Efficiently collect necessary documents from consumers to process mortgage applications.
-Document Handling: Assemble and send out comprehensive mortgage packages to clients.
-Marketing Material Creation: Develop attractive flyers showcasing current mortgage rates and other relevant information.
-Create a detailed manual outlining our company’s mortgage process for internal use.
-Establish and manage all social media platforms and create a Google Business page to enhance our online presence.
- Assist in collaborative marketing efforts and co-branding opportunities with real estate agents.
- Support marketing efforts across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Real Estate mortgage processing or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Familiarity with KW Command or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
