Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist experienced with Shopify e-commerce stores. If you excel at resolving customer issues and providing exceptional service, this role is for you.

Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will focus on managing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience on our Shopify store. You'll work closely with our operations team to address customer concerns, process orders, and optimize our support processes.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product information.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shopify’s backend, apps, and plugins.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our customer support processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer support, particularly with Shopify e-commerce stores.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Shopify’s backend, apps, and plugins is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
