Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Specialist to write compelling PR campaigns for our clients. This role involves conducting in-depth research, staying ahead of media trends, and generating outrageous, fun, and engaging ideas. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and fearless in their approach to content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative PR campaigns tailored to clients' needs.
- Conduct thorough research on current media trends and industry insights.
- Generate fresh, bold, and engaging content ideas that capture attention.
- Write high-quality, compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring new and creative approaches.

Challenges and Issues you might experience during your job:

- Brainstorming ideas with no clear instructions from your manager. Go out, research, learn, and see what is trending.
- Finding what is unique and differentiates clients in a crowded market.
- PR hijacking: Find relevant stories and write content that will plug the client into them.
- Running out of ideas and needing to pull in your team for collaborative brainstorming sessions.

We Are NOT Looking For:

Someone who isn’t proactive, willing to take risks, and needs a lot of handholding. While we are excited to train and support, our culture is that of problem solvers who are able to follow instructions and also create their own.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional writing skills with a knack for creating captivating content.
- Proven experience in PR, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on campaign writing.
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze media trends.
- Creative thinker unafraid to take risks and push boundaries.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
