As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join us in managing the human resources aspect of our business.
Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our growing team, ensuring their welfare, and optimizing operational efficiency. From managing payroll to overseeing the hiring process and fostering a supportive work culture, you will be instrumental in driving our success.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and manage employee hours tracked using Time Doctor.
- Oversee payroll processing for all tea
- Source and onboard freelancers via platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and Onlinejobs.
- Lead the hiring process for new employees and facilitate their onboarding and off-boarding.
- Manage on-demand translators and address any employee-related issues promptly.
- Administer the Google Workspace account for the team.
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective community management.
- Conduct monthly team calls and ensure open communication channels.
- Monitor employee productivity via Time Doctor and address any concerns.
- Handle employee misconduct cases with fairness and professionalism.
- Track employee performance and facilitate performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement employee benefits aligned with business capabilities.
- Provide support to the CEO on various company-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager, preferably in D2C e-commerce business framework or print-on-demand industry.
- Approachable and enthusiastic demeanor, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Strong communication skills and availability to address employee needs.
- Deep understanding of print-on-demand or direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations.
- Critical thinking abilities and proactive approach to process optimization.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools/platforms such as Trello,
