Job Description:

We are seeking an extremely detailed and organized Podcast Coordinator to join our dynamic podcast booking agency. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between podcast hosts and clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently without the need for micromanagement, and will actively propose ideas to improve our processes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate podcast scheduling between hosts and clients using Trello, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
Manage communication between podcast hosts and clients, ensuring all details are accurately conveyed and confirmed.
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and scheduling details.
Propose and implement ideas to improve coordination processes and enhance client and host experiences.
Ensure timely follow-ups and manage rescheduling requests efficiently.
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of podcast bookings and coordination activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Trello, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in podcast coordination or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with podcasting industry practices and terminology.
Experience in a customer-facing role, handling client communications and relations.
Ability to propose and implement process improvements.
