Job Description:
As an Experienced Graphic Designer at Novu Creative, you will play a vital role in conceptualising and executing designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and messaging. Your proficiency in branding, layout design, and web development will be instrumental in creating cohesive and compelling visual experiences across various platforms. Working closely with the creative director, you will contribute to enhancing our online presence and elevating our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral that align with our brand vision.

- Create captivating website layouts and user interfaces using WordPress (Elementor), CSS, and HTML, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business objectives.
Implement design best practices and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.

- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements that drive engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within designated timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on branding and layout design.
- Proficiency in WordPress, specifically using Elementor, and a solid understanding of CSS and HTML.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, web design, and marketing materials.
- Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and user-centred design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
