PACKAGING DESIGNER / GRAPHIC ARTIST

[ PACKAGING DESIGNER ]

An individual contributor that creates art assets utilized in all areas of our marketing of toy packaging and lifestyle consumer products, with guidance, using graphics software applications to design and produce more specifically, boxes, packaging/manuals, print ads, catalogs, logos, and event graphics. As directed, interacts with all levels of the organization and vendors with at least 5 years experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for designing packaging, manuals, ads, digital assets, and other launch support material.
* Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work with our project tracking software.
* Strong visual design background with experience in consumer packaging.
* Must have strong thorough knowledge of print production, designing for online and video.
* Create and oversee Photoshop templates for all recurring work.
* Create, adapt, and oversee style guides for our products.
* Work with outside vendors to facilitate work that is outsourced.
* Work to mentor the other members of the design team to grow them professionally.
* Winning attitude.
