I need someone to do the following

Review my google analytics and see where the traffic is going and coming - Full report

Makes sure we have facebook and google pixels setup properly for remarketing -

Setup a facebook and google ---------- campaigns

Provide input on what I could do to convert the traffic into a potential client

I have a database, ulinc.co, with over 9000 people and I need to start marketing to them. I need help putting together a strategy and help me put together a campaign to start targeting the database and people who hit my site.
