JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking two part-time Virtual Assistant Cold Callers to support our business-to-business sales efforts. One position will cover the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, and the other will cover the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our software solutions, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential business clients from provided lists
Introduce Vodah's SaaS solutions and explain the benefits to prospective clients
Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss our products
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system
Follow up with potential clients as needed
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Ability to work in either PST or EST time zones
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology is an advantage
