Customer Service Lead

We are a medium sized company with locations in Australia. Our company specialises in brands in fitness equipment, bicycle wholesale and kids play equipment. We are looking for an energetic and flexible person to join our team.

Enjoy communicating with customers and assisting with inquiries. Together as part of a team, you will strive to deliver a helpful, friendly and engaging customer experience.

We will offer you experience interacting with customers via a range of mediums, over the phone and online. You will be provided with product knowledge that will enable you to work effectively with our diverse range of products.

This job will start as a 1 month trail and, upon successful completion, you will be offered a permanent position.

Role
- Sales and promotion
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Answering online chat inquiries
- Assisting customers with online ordering difficulties
- Assisting with delivery inquiries, refunds and return requests
