Senior Architect

We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Architectural design & Construction and be proficient in using Revit software. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead projects ranging between a 30 to 300 unit buildings, Design and create full sets of plans for multifamily and mixed-use buildings, including 100% construction documents, and doing full Construction administration

Responsibilities:
•Leading the Projects from Start to sign-off
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and objectives
•Utilize Revit software to create architectural designs and develop full sets of plans
•Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 100% architectural construction details.
•Ensure compliance with Zoning, Energy, ADA, & building codes, regulations, and industry standards
•Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to integrate their designs into the overall project
• Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during construction phase
•Reviewing all type of shop drawings, including Edge of Slab (EOS), Mechanical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Windows, etc.
•Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
•Proven experience as an Architect, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use buildings
•Design skills for space planning and Exterior/Façade design and detailing
•Proficiency in using Revit software for architectural design and documentation
•Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
