Video Editor (Urgent)

I need a QR code to be animated to bounce around the screen for 30 seconds and change colors as it bounces. This is a quick and easy project for someone with the right skills.

Requirements:

Animate a provided QR code to bounce around the screen.
Change the QR code's colors as it bounces.
The final video should be 30 seconds long.
