JOB OVERVIEW

*Answering Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

*Customer Contact for Recurring Services: Reach out to customers to schedule recurring maintenance and service appointments, ensuring all services are timely and up-to-date.

*Work Schedule Notification: Inform customers of scheduled service dates and times, providing clear and accurate information.

*Coordination and Complaint Resolution: Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Quote Management: Prepare and send service quotes to customers, answering any questions they may have regarding pricing and services.

*Work Order Generation: Create and manage work orders for scheduled services, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to the service team.

*Work Order Management: Oversee the progress of work orders, ensuring services are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.

*Collection: Manage the invoicing and collection process, following up with customers to ensure timely payments.
