Freight Tracking Coordinator (Full Truckload)

THIS ROLE REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TRACKING FULL TRUCKLOAD SHIPMENTS FOR A FREIGHT BROKERAGE THAT'S BASED IN THE UNITED STATES.

Job Title: Tracking Coordinator
Job Duties:
Calling / Texting Drivers for ETA to pickup / delivery
Utilizing TMS system to obtain and record tracking updates
Detecting issues or inconsistencies with shipments
Escalating issues to Operations or Booking Teams (US Based)


A little about us:

We are a US based Freight brokerage with a specialization in difficult shipments. Most of our shipments are either driver assist, multiple stops, or difficult commodities with special requirements.

We have 3 divisions: US domestic truckload, Ocean & Drayage, and Mexico cross border.

This position would be for the tracking team in the US Domestic Truckload division.

We have a passion for hiring in the Phillipenes, and currently have 7 employees in the Phillipenes with plans to hire more. Even though they're independent contractors, we feel strongly about treating our counterparts in the Phillipenes as part of the family. Thus we typically abide by the norms of the Phillipenes that in-country firms would provide.
