Graphic Designer and Marketer for Amazon Listings

I have an Amazon business and I'm looking for someone who is a great graphic designer and can also write well in English. Here is more specifically what I'm looking for (in order of importance):
1. Create optimized product listings for Amazon. This includes creating images for the Main Image area, as well as Premium Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon (also known as A+). Candidate must already have experience with creating product listings for Amazon.
2. Graphic Design Skills. Experience with using graphic design programs (high proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop is a requirement) and has great design instincts and creativity. Would be a great plus if the candidate has experience with or an understanding of creating marketing images and materials.
3. Communication Skills. Ability to communicate well—especially in written English, like a native English speaker, since this position will entail writing product descriptions, bullet points, etc. for Product listings. So, the ability to communicate verbally in a clear manner would be great. Being able to incorporate AI tools to meet communication and image creation would be ideal.
4. Keyword Research and Listing Optimization. Experience with doing keyword research for Amazon product listings for listing optimization would be great to have, but this is something that can also be taught, as long as the candidate has some understanding of how keywords relate to Amazon search results.
I want someone who takes initiative, is responsive, asks a lot of questions and can take complete ownership of creating product listings, from writing product descriptions and bullet points to creating images for the Main Image area, as well as Premium Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon.

This position will be on a project basis until we are comfortable that you are a good fit for the company long term.
