Wordpress Website Creation

I am a web design and SEO consultant for small to mid size businesses. I need someone to do the technical part of making websites when it comes to making these websites for customers. I will being content creation and SEO.

As of right now, I only need help with 2 websites.
I need someone to setup wordpress websites.
1. set up a professional theme
2. set up each page with layout where I can add content (5 pages on 1 website on average)
3. make xml map for entire website

This would be an ongoing job. Looking for long term business partner!
