General Operations Manager For Ecom/DTC Brand

Hello!

We are IMG ECOMMERCE, a holding company for several ecommerce brands. We are looking to hire a general operations manager for one of our supplement brands.

We are looking for somebody who can manage and organize our operations, as well as create several weekly reports.

The current scope of this job is:
Inventory management
Payroll management
Expense tracking & P&Ls
Manage social media comments & DMs
Mannage future projects
Manage customer support
Manage hiring for future roles
Manage various agencies
Influencer outreach

This is not a full list, as time goes on I will give you more tasks to get done.

Job requirements:
Near perfect english – effective communication will be extremely important
Organization skills
Able to work from 1pm-9pm Pacific Standard Time
A high degree of competence – ability to figure certain things out on your own.

Ideal attributes (not required, but highly preferred):
Prior experience working in a DTC/ecom brand in a managerial role.
