Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant

MPi, a California boutique Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage broker firm, seeks to add a key member to our team in the role of Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant. This is a long term full time remote position and can be done from the comfort of your home.

Core task
- Telemarketing (Minimum 50% of role): Lead Generation for refinance, tax strategy, and real estate sales. (coaching & scripts provided)
- Email marketing and management
- MLS Marketing
- CRM input and management
- Mail Chimp marketing
- Google calendar management and scheduling
- Marketing letters and flyer creation
- Create video marketing as needed
- Additional task as needed
Must have
- At least 2-5 years VA experience working with US companies. US reference will be necessary.
- Quiet home office environment
- Great internet connection that supports clear audio calls with a good audio headset
- Ability to make calls to US via
- Extreme organization skills
- Attention to detail oriented
- Efficient with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Experience preferred with MindMap online software. (Will teach if not known)
- Be on time for conference calls and any scheduled return calls to clients
- Clear transparent communication skills
- Great English speaking and writing skills
- Experienced in sales
- Be proactive and accessible

Base pay depending on experience plus quarterly bonuses for closed sales transactions generated on your behalf.
