Operation Officer

Company Description

We are start up growing our on-demand textile services and Our company is based in Singapore, expanding to Manila by the end of this year. This individual must be extremely driven and able to handle everything internally and externally to ensure our customers have a terrific experience each and every time.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure smooth operation for handling orders for customer in excellent way
· Provide excellent service for customers, from product knowledge to order processing.
· Work closely with our international operation team
· Perform any other duties required by the company

Skills & Background Required

· Graduated from a university with a GPA above 3.0 required
· 2-3 years of experience in a relevant operations position required
· Extremely influential with strong negotiation and communication skills
· English spoken is a must
· High attention to detail
· Proactive and extremely confident
· Can use design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
· Good under pressure and able to handle several task and projects at a time
· Have a very positive attitude and always willing to learn
. Owning a vehicle is a plus
