FBA Shipment Specialist

30 hours per week - Monday to Friday during New Zealand working hours - 11am to 4pm NZST.

Job Summary:

Join our Operations team as FBA Shipment Specialist, a pivotal role that plays a critical part in our Supply Chain. We're an exciting, fast-paced New Zealand based company that owns multiple international brands. We specialize in selling on Amazon marketplaces as well as our own website.

You will need to be comfortable in Amazon's FBA shipment plans infrastructure and have a good and logical understanding of inventory management principles.


Key responsibilities:

Managing Amazon FBA Global Shipment plans - start to finish as per plans provided.
Manage Amazon inventory claims and reimbursements
Stock monitoring and replenishment of ---------- warehouses
Website Stock monitoring and updates
Amazon stranded stock handling and processing
In Market 3PL replenishments and systems management
Maintenance of company replenishment ---------- boards
Management of Inventory replenishment in CIN7
Stock monitoring, assisting with replenishment planning

Must haves:

1+ year experience in Amazon FBA Shipment planning
Experience dealing with international 3PLs
Organized and methodical approach to tasks
Detail Oriented
Excellent communicator
Technically savvy in multiple platforms and systems


Nice to have:

Experience in task management software, specifically ----------
Experience in Inventory Management system - CIN7
