Main JOB RESPONSIBILITY: WE ANSWER PHONE CALLS (no quota involved)
(approx 10-20 calls per day ranging from 2 - 8 mins depending on concerns)
Shift is from 2am until 10am Philippines time Tuesday morning thru Saturday Morning (1pm 'til 9pm Eastern time M-F)
CALLS WITH NO UPSELLING!
we gather data, provide simple instructions and we follow individual client protocols
- we just answer new and existing patient queries
- we book patients for an appointment with the medical professionals
- we remind them on what to bring to their initial appointments / we educate them
- we assist patients with their concerns that needs to be relayed to the doctor and vice-versa
(we serve as a mediator between the patient and the doctors)
- we do other administrative tasks for both the client and the company

We will need to set up a Skype interview. Three of our main concerns are RELIABILITY, LANGUAGE AND ACCENT. Unfortunately, these are very important.
The phones will be busy for part of the time, and your other administrative skills will be called upon during the rest of the time (such as data entry, seo, client set up etc).
BACKGROUND NOISE IS NOT PERMITTED (animal/pet sounds).
Having Article writing skills, SEO, Web or Accounting skills/experience is an advantage
Reliability is still the most important factor.
(Consistent Presence and Action during shifts + Reliable Power and Internet Connection)
Language (grammar) and accent (pronunciation) AND GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS are the next most important factors.
Must have a WIRED internet connection at least 1 mbps speed
Metro Manila resident is a priority.
Available Shift: 1pm-9pm EST M-F
(1am-9am Manila Time when it's EDT, Tue-Sat)
(2am-10am Manila Time when it's EST, Tue-Sat)
