Amazon PPC Manager

We are looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist for my Amazon FBA company. We are active in the Arts & Crafts sector in a total of 14 marketplaces where we can run Ads. In these marketplaces we have around 100 SKUs each. We operate with a small team of 4 people, which allows us to focus on personal bond and a family like company culture. The work involved with advertising our products has become too much for 1 person, so we are looking for an enthusiastic PPC specialist to strengthen our team.

We are looking for a long-term, full-time tea ---------- mber (40 hours). We are not looking for freelancers or short-term contracts.

We are located in the Netherlands, which currently has a 6-hour time difference with the Philippines. We do not require employees to work during the night, since we value a healthy work-life balance, however, we also need to be able to work together. So, we request employees to be available until 12:00 Dutch time, which currently is 18:00 Philippines time.

Besides high enthusiasm and knowledge about Amazon PPC & SEO (required), please let us know if you also posess one of these bonus points:
- Expertise in Excel
- Basic knowledge of a language besides Tagalog and English
- Experience with social media marketing
- Experience with PPC on other platforms than Amazon
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with graphic design
- Experience as a VA
- Bachelor in a math heavy discipline, or a bachelor in marketing

You will be directly working with the sales director and be responsible for:
- Reaching revenue targets
- Reaching ACOS targets
- Reaching TACOS targets
- Temporary ads for products with overstock and other stock-related adjustments on our PPC
