Experienced Real Estate cold caller

I am looking for an experienced and outstanding real estate cold caller to call in California. Here are the requirements:

- your accent is great/really good. If you don't have a good accent you won't be considered.
you need to have at least 2 years of experience doing exactly this: cold calling home owners to see if they could be interested in selling their home. I you have less than 2 years of experience please do not apply.
- You have experience with both outbound calls and inbound calls
- you understand what a Probate and a Foreclosure situation are
- You can set appointments for your other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to take over the lead
- Ideally you have experience using Smrt Phone , but its OK if you have not use it
- you have a friendly personality and are very professional.
- You are looking to stay in a company for the long term.
- You are comfortable tracking daily KPI's and metrics
