Virtual Assistent For Customer Service

Hey, my name is Morris and I am a 19 year old Ecommerce entrepreneur focused on dropshipping.
For my dropship webshop I am looking for a VA (Virtual Assistant) to outsource customer service to.
I am looking for a motivated VA who is willing to work hard and wants to grow with me. The competences I am looking for are:
Good communication (To me and to the customers).
Experience with customer service (via e-mail)
Experience with Shopify
Experience with Whatsapp & Zoom (For communication with me)
Experience with Dropshippers (Not required)
Can work any day (Even on weekends)
Would like to work 1/2 hour per day

I am looking for a long-term collaboration with someone who wants to grow with the company. We are working hard to scale up the shop and expect to offer more hours of work per day soon (3/4).
What I am currently offering is 1/2 hour of work per day for $5 Dollar per hour, 7 days a week. Payment is made each week on Monday through Wise.com.
