Full Time Virtual Assistant Needed with PHOTOSHOP EXPERIENCE!

We are excited to be looking for one LONG TERM full time virtual assistant to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

-You will be a dedicated VA for one of our Client Managers and help them with any production tasks
-Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible online, via Skype and work 9am-5pm PST.
-MUST KNOW PHOTOSHOP

Requirements:

1) Must work California / Pacific time zone 9am-5pm M-F.

2) Must be very resourceful and have the ability to work independently.

3) Must be able to handle a fast-paced fluid working environment where project importance could change daily.
4) You must have a reliable internet connection and be up 99% of the time (at least 2MBPS).
5) You must be able to video Skype at any point during your work shift.
6) You MUST be able to speak Fluent English with very little to no accent.
7) Must be able and willing to become part of a team of virtual assistants.
