The Opportunity
- You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Lead the Validator (Quality Assurance) team
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to develop and deliver quality assurance training programs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of workforce activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to workforce quality and performance.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Communicate quality assurance goals and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- At least 2 years of experience working as a QA Manager
- Ability to work 40 hours during EST/EDT
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
- Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
