Facebook & YouTube VA

Our company is long established since 2001, so if you're looking for a stable job, this is it.

I am looking for a experienced Facebook and YouTube VA with 6+ months FULL-TIME experience with Facebook and or YouTube advertising.

Basic Requirements:
- Work Monday to Friday full-time 9am to 6pm with a 1 hour break from 12pm to 1pm (Philippine time)
- Have a microphone and video cam, so you can chat on Skype
- Impeccable research and organization skills
- Experience with Excel

Responsibilities:
- Design and scale paid Facebook and YouTube ads
- Manage ad budgets and define KPIs to measure success and provide forecasts
- Run A/B and multivariate tests that improve ad copy, creative and bidding strategies
- Analyze performance and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions
- Test new marketing channels and ad products. Own the process from tracking and integration to trafficking campaigns, optimizing, and determining success
- Create ads, landing pages, and campaigns for Facebook and YouTube

Experience and Skills:
- 6+ months recent experience in paid social and search marketing with demonstrated success in scaling large Facebook and or YouTube advertising programs
- Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop recommendations
- Good understanding of emerging online and mobile media
- Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time delivery
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with its fast pace and fluid nature; comfortable delivering results within a small, lean team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with graphic/ad creation, marketing, and writing.

Salary is negotiable and depends on performance.
