We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in website creation, particularly with Shopify, and possess strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Website Creation:
Design and set up Shopify websites from scratch (no coding required).
Customize and configure Shopify themes to align with our brand identity.
Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle
Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Assist with order processing and fulfillment.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in creating and managing Shopify websites.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and other online tools.
Traits:
Self-motivated and proactive.
Reliable and punctual.
Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week unless otherwise stated.
Flexible working hours, but availability during standard business hours is preferred.
