This is a unique opportunity for candidates based in the Philippines to become an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team in the United States, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for handling the insurance billing needs of our chiropractic client. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and effective management of billing processes, which is crucial to the office's operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently learn and use the chiropractic office's EMR system.
Accurately balance patient accounts and manage billing to U.S. health insurance companies.
Conduct diligent follow-ups on unpaid or incorrectly processed claims.
Communicate regularly with insurance companies and attorneys regarding accounts receivable.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of solid experience in medical billing, specifically coding, billing, and posting for a group or private healthcare practice
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Proven track record in medical billing to U.S. Health Insurance Companies
Consistent access to a strong and reliable internet connection
A character marked by honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
Keen attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and precision in all tasks
Familiarity with Google Drive and availability for weekly ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
