Research & Data Entry

I'm a commercial real estate broker & need help creating a database of contacts for marketing purposes.

Job entails:
1) researching companies (EX: Restaurants / Fast Food / Retailers ) to find the requirements they have for new business locations.
2) Finding out who is the correct person i need to contact for each company, and for each region in the United States, in order to discuss new real estate opportunities for their company.
3) Find the correct email address & phone number for each person.
4) Enter all data into a spreadsheet that is organized and easy to read.
