Researcher to Find Podcasts our Clients Could Appear as Guests On (We would pitch them)

We are looking for a Podcast Researcher who would use resources/videos that we would provide them with, and find podcasts that would be a good fit for our clients to appear as a guest, based on their expertise and industry.

You will be working for around 4-5 hours per day (weekdays - you’re free to work extra hours on the weekend as well), and as we grow with more clients that workload will grow along with your salary. You will be paid via Wise on a weekly basis - any wallet that you use are usually compatible with Wise, and we are flexible with payment methods.

Work hours are usually going to be between 9 am EST - 4 pm EST for our team, but as you’re doing research and finding podcasts, we will be giving you more flexibility around when you work, you’ll just need to be able to communicate with me to provide updates anytime between 9 am EST and 10 pm EST (hours I’m personally available)

You will be responsible for :
- Doing research on podcasts that would be relevant to our clients and the type of podcasts they want to get on using tools such as Listennotes, PodcastDB, and various other software to source podcasts.
- Find the contact information of the hosts of the podcast for us to reach out to them
- Enter basic information of the podcast in a Google Sheet every day (Podcast Name, URL, Ratings, Host Name, Email, Instagram URL of the Host, LinkedIn Profile of the Host, Facebook of the Host, Number of Episodes, etc.)
- Sorting podcasts that match the criteria we set as a minimum (ratings, followers on Instagram, etc.) - you will need to use your judgment to see if you feel the podcasts you find are a good fit for our client looking at their description, past episodes, etc.

Future Tasks :
- Come up with personalized first lines/paragraphs for each podcast to show that we did our research and we’re not just sending the same templated email over and over again. (You will be given training for this)
- Reaching out to the podcasts directly to pitch our clients via email and social media

Requirements :
- Fluent in English
- Stable Internet Connection (We will ask for a screenshot of a speed test)
- Fast Computer (Laptop or Desktop)
- Able to communicate daily with our team on ----------
