Hours: Full Time - 40hr per week 8a-5pm M-F (PST)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling:
Schedule appointments, 1 on 1 training, tea
Collect Data
Collect performance data and compile reports for leadership to better serve tea
Marketing
Understand and create online campaigns to create incoming clients and manage ad campaigns across different platforms.
Social Media
Understand goals and create content and schedule postings across different platforms.
Recruiting
Collect possible candidates and create marketing material as well as reach out directly to candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
Previous phone calling work is required.
Experience with online marketing is required.
Experience with social media is required.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience with sourcing data
Experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus.
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and software.
Self-Motivation:
Capable of working independently and efficiently on repetitive tasks.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Remote Work:
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
