Newsletter Designer for Klaviyo

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Newsletter Designer to create engaging and visually appealing newsletters using Klaviyo. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in creative design and proven experience with Klaviyo. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Design and create visually stunning newsletters using Klaviyo.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the target audience and campaign objectives.
* Ensure all newsletters are aligned with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
* Use creative and innovative approaches to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of newsletters.
* Test and optimize newsletter designs for various devices and email clients.
* Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Klaviyo and email newsletter design.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with HTML/CSS for email design.
* Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and design.
* Knowledge of designing in fingma for client to approve and comment prior to klaviyo
* Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis for email campaigns.
