What are we looking for?
In this role, your goal will be to support our training and development manager.
Job Description
Assist training manager in developing training programs and materials thru research, PowerPoint making, content development, videos/photos, layout, or any other support needed.
Assist training manager in creating assessment/audit requirements
Assist training manager in discussion of training materials
Assist training manager in scheduling and communicating training programs
Performs other administrative tasks needed for training programs
Job Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-year course, related to education and psychology
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in learning and development is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, with initiative and a team player
Organized and disciplined in terms of time and task management
Fast learner, who is passionate about developing his/her career in training and development.
Super confident with a great sense of humor.
