Job Description:
We’re looking for a PPC ads specialist in Google Ads and a Meta Ads specialist with 5+ Years experience.
You will be working on a variety of client projects as you assist with the creation of ads and maintaining ad accounts. Initially, you’ll be working 3 days a week, with the potential to expand to full time relatively quickly (based on your performance).

What you’ll be doing:
- With guidance, optimise campaigns based on performance data and insights, adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, targeting parameters, and audience settings to achieve optimal results.
- Analyse performance and monitor budgets and expenditure
- Build new Google ads and social media campaigns at the direction of the Senior Strategist.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team
Your requirements and skills:
- A degree in digital marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of paid advertising, preferably across the Google Ads ecosystem, is required. Search, both standard and dynamic, Display Ads, and Performance Max will primarily be your playground.
- Experienced using paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads,
- Ad design skills (Canva minimum)
- Attention to the detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate maturity in a remote working environment, maintaining focus, productivity, and communication whilst working from home.
- Must be willing to undertake education and necessary certifications
- Ability to research and problem solve independently

About the Role
As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you will take ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of Australian clients.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Daily
- Manage and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Monitor pacing, performance, budgets, CPA, ROAS and conversion data
- Continuously test and refine keywords, audiences, creative and bidding strategies
- Apply automation, scripts, rules and AI tools to improve efficiency and results
Weekly
- Conduct structured performance reviews across key accounts
- Identify optimisation opportunities and performance risks early
- Support internal tea
Monthly
- Maintain accurate budget tracking and pacing documentation
- Provide clear performance insights for internal reporting and client communication
Ongoing
- Stay current with platform updates, AI features and best-practice frameworks
- Contribute ideas to improve our systems, workflows and campaign structures
What Success Looks Like
- You will be successful in this role if you:
- Consistently improve CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
- Manage client budgets cleanly with zero surprises
- Build structured, scalable, high-quality ad accounts

Required Skills & Experience
This role is for experienced specialists only.
You must have:
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
- Strong experience with Search, Performance Max & Display campaigns
- Experience managing Meta
- Excellent analytical skills — confident working with data and dashboards
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and accountability for performance
