Job Brief: Sales Engineer
Division: Heating - Steam PU
Location: Manila, Philippines / Bangkok, Thailand
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets in the designated territory.
Ensure comprehensive market coverage across different geographies and industrial segments.
Monitor lead generation to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements in existing plants.
Promote and sell new products and applications through concept selling.
Develop and expand business with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), key accounts, channel associates, and consultants.

In-depth product and application knowledge in Thermal Engineering.
