Compile and present research findings to the team.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds.
