Google Ads/Fb Ads Campaign Manager

* 9am - 5pm PH time shifts only (with one hour for lunch)

Skills required for Google Ads:
* Solid understanding of Google Ads campaign types/setups, bidding strategies, conversions, etc
* Knows how to set up different tracking methods using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to Google Ads integration properly.
*Is updated and knows how to setup events and track conversions with Google Analytics GA 4
* Knowledge of the current PPC policies, trends, & Google Ads platform updates
* Manage/optimise Google Ads campaigns according to client sales/lead goals
* Create ads while following Google Ads policies
* Can perform daily checks and monitoring of accounts KPIs
* Ability to create / show reports of Google Ads account

Skills and responsibilities required for FB Ads:
You will work to help manage our client's advertising campaigns focused on lead generation (not e-commerce) in predominantly the Home Building & Home Services sectors (e.g electrical, plumbing, builders, solar) . This role is for someone who can find efficient growth via Facebook and who wishes to have opportunities to expand their skills.

• Competitor Analysis
• Create Facebook Ads Campaigns
• Design FB/IG Creatives (Canva)
• Help create Ad Monitoring Reports
• Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
• Other marketing agency activities

The Essential Requirements

• Must have strong (1+ year) experience with Facebook Business Manager
• Must be able to analyze and interpret metrics from different digital platforms (Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio etc.)
• Highly competent in creating Graphics (Canva)
• Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have a strong internet connection
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)

There is an existing Filipino GAds Head of Department to whom you will report and as for FB Ads, the Director will train you.

The salary has a starting salary of 50,000 PHP per month, with annual increases.
