About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a Spare Part Interpreter to support our team and customers. Using your existing experience in a similar role, you will be specialising in white good appliance spare parts, be responding to customer inquiries, quotes, sales and general administration.
Duties include:
Taking and responding to inbound calls from onsite technicians
Quoting on appliance spare parts (domestic & commercial)
Undertaking payments for jobs over the phone via credit card
Minor administration and office tasks
Repairs to appliances in workshop (not mandatory but is desired)
Skills & Experience
Must have strong whitegoods spare parts knowledge, must be able to work with exploded views, part numbers, pricing etc.
Demonstrated experience with spare parts
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Capability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent computer skills (Salesforce experience is desired)
Previous experience as an appliance repairer would be a great bonus
Technical Requirements:
