We are one of the largest US-based household services companies looking for a full-time, long-term, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department. This position offers the opportunity for growth within our company.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Make outbound calls for appointment setting.
Follow up with leads.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. We are looking for little to no accent. If you have a very thick accent when speaking English, please do not apply.
Work hours are 6 days a week 9am-5pm PST (we will determine your schedule after your interview). If you are unable to work certain days we may be able to be flexible.
$5/hr to start (up to 55,800 PHP per month), with the ability to earn bonuses based on performance.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries.
