Phone Receptionist for Real Estate Leads

Job Requirements:
- Excellent English on the phone
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Screening new leads as motivated sellers
- Strong drive for sales generation
- Good with customer service
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Available every week day
- Must work during Central Standard Time (CST) work hours (very late Philippines hours)
- Close to an American accent is a huge plus
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Previous sales skills is a plus

Right now the job is part time, but will eventually lead into full time.

Our company buys and sales real estate. We particularly buy houses at a huge discount. To do this, we send out large amount of mailing to home owners. Many of those home owners call us and we try to work out a deal with them. Many times we do not arrange a deal on our first call. That is where your job comes in. We will have you follow up on existing leads through phone, asking them if they still want to sell their house.

You will also follow up on foreclosure and any potential buyers of our existing houses.

You must be available during CST hours. Filipino time is about 13 or 14 hours ahead. So if it's 8 CST, it would be about 22 hour in Philippines.

Overall, you must have good English, comfortable talking on the phone, and good dealing with customers.
