Cold Caller

We're a Real Estate Brokerage based in Auburn, California. Our reputation and quality of service are everything to us. To qualify for this position, you must have a good understanding of human behavior, be fluent on the phone, and pick up on details in voice and manner of speech.

Essential Skills:
- Fluency in English
- Ability to understand and read the person on the other side of the call
- Proficiency in picking up on subtle cues like frustration, interest, and hesitation
- Teachable and open to learning new techniques and strategies

Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in cold calling
- Proven track record of success in sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
