Hiring an AMAZING Klaviyo Email Marketer

We are looking for a rockstar Klaviyo Email and SMS Marketing Manager to oversee our email and SMS marketing strategies. Our company is launched but brand new. We have a few flows setup but not many. This role involves auditing, designing, setting up, and managing email flows and SMS campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention. I am also looking for someone who will be able to updated it manage the store moving forward. (:

Responsibilities:

Email & SMS Flows: Develop and manage email and SMS marketing flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-back, and Birthday messages. Tailor content to different audience segments to increase engagement.

List Segmentation:
Maintain segmented email and SMS lists based on customer behavior and engagement. Implement strategies to reduce unsubscribes and spam reports.

Design & Content Creation:
-Collaborate with myself to design engaging email templates and create compelling content that aligns with our brand.
-Automations & Integrations: Manage integrations between Klaviyo and e-commerce platforms like Shopify to enhance automation and personalization.

Compliance:
-Ensure all campaigns comply with email and SMS regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Required Skills:
-Experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing.
-Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing metrics.
-Ability to design visually appealing email templates.
-Independent worker with attention to detail.
-Excellent English. You need to be able to carry on a conversation with my and for us to understand each other.
